LPAs with the worst planning appeal success rates in 2022-23

This year's 21 worst performing LPAs for s78 planning appeals and worst 15 for householder appeals are shown in the 2 tables below.  The full list of all English LPAs for both 2022/23 and the previous year can be found here.
